At IFL Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your unique timepiece or accessory isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
